A flat panel is thin, top-heavy, and unforgiving — the glass cracks long before the frame gives. It travels upright in a crate cut to its exact size, supported across the back and braced clear of the face.

How a screen is crated.

Braced clear of the face
Internal bracing carries the panel by its frame and back, so nothing rests against the glass or the bezel.

Cut to the panel
A 55-inch and an 85-inch are not the same problem. The crate is measured to the set, with clearance where the screen can’t be touched.

Travels upright
Screens ride on edge, never flat — a panel laid down carries its own weight across the glass.

Mount and cables bagged
Wall bracket, bolts, stand feet, remote, and power cable bagged, labeled, and packed with the set, so nothing is missing at the other end.
Open, then sealed.
Wrapped and braced
Soft wrap against the screen, then internal bracing that holds the panel by its frame. The set is immobilized before the lid ever goes on.
Built where it stands
The crate is built around the set in the room it lives in, so the screen is never carried through a doorway unprotected. Sealed and labeled for handling.
