Gym equipment assembly & disassembly — Calgary
Taken apart the way it goes back together.
Treadmills, home gyms, racks, and rowers come apart in a specific order — and only go back together if someone tracked it. Every part is labeled, every fastener bagged to the piece it came from.

How equipment is handled.
-
Labeled and bagged as it comes apart
Every fastener goes into a bag marked for the part it came from. Nothing ends up in a communal box of loose bolts.
-
Consoles and electronics protected
Screens, consoles, and cables are wrapped and packed separately — the parts most likely to be damaged are the ones least likely to be replaceable.
-
Photographed before and after
The piece is labeled, marked, and photographed before anything is touched, so there’s a record of how it looked when we arrived.
-
Rebuilt on site
Reassembled where it lands, levelled, and checked — not left in pieces on the floor for someone else to work out.
Assembled, then broken down.
Broken down and tracked
The deck wrapped, the frame folded and padded, the hardware bagged and boxed beside it. Labeled so the rebuild is a matter of reading, not guessing.
Crated when it needs to be.
Equipment that’s shipping rather than moving across town gets the same treatment as anything else we crate — padded at every contact point, braced so nothing bears weight on a console or a cable, and sealed for freight.
