Motorcycle & powersports crating — Calgary
Crated to roll in, not lifted in.
Cruisers, sport and adventure bikes, ATVs, and snowmobiles — rolled onto a fitted deck and braced to the machine’s own dimensions, so the frame never hangs from a strap and the bodywork never bears weight.

How a motorcycle is crated.
-
Loaded by ramp, not hoisted
The bike rolls up a ramp onto a deck cut to its wheelbase and is strapped down there — nothing hangs from a frame rail or a lift point.
-
Suspension supported, wheels chocked
Front wheel chocked and the suspension held near ride height, so the forks and shocks aren’t carrying the load over a long haul.
-
Padded at every contact point
Tank, fairing, mirrors, and pipes wrapped wherever a strap or a wall could touch. Removable parts come off and travel boxed with the bike.
-
Built to the bike’s footprint
The crate is sized to that one motorcycle so it can’t shift inside — braced so nothing bears weight on the bodywork.
From the bench to the deck.
Assessed and fitted
Every bike is measured and inspected first — wheelbase, weight, and the points that can carry a strap. The deck is cut to that footprint before any panel goes up.
Strapped to the deck
Strapped down and cross-braced inside the walls. The straps hold the machine to the floor of the crate, not to its lid — so handling and stacking never load the bike.
Loaded and sealed
The same ramp it rolled in on rides inside the crate, so the bike comes out the way it went in. Sealed, labeled for handling, and ready to ship.
Motorcycle crating in Calgary.
Rosewood builds motorcycle crates on-site across Calgary and the surrounding areas — Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, and Chestermere. Cruisers and baggers, sport and adventure bikes, vintage restorations, ATVs and snowmobiles, crated for cross-country freight or sale to a buyer out of province.
We also build crates for international freight and overseas shipments.
Delivery can be arranged on your behalf — coordinated unbranded, so the crate is the only thing with our name on it.
